Study group presentation of Xerox. 360-degree review process: A 1250-word Self-Assessment and Action Plan paper due (detailed instructions for the paper are in the readings for the executive coaching session): Turn in a hardcopy of the paper in class. The final write-up should briefly describe your strengths and weaknesses (already presented in the Self-Assessment Worksheet), and be primarily devoted to: (1) diagnosing the reasons for your weaknesses, and (2) presenting an action plan of how you intend to address your weaknesses and/or leverage your strengths.
